We went to Canada for the weekend. We drove for 5 hours to get to Quebec City and stayed at a hotel called Hotel Le Concord for 4 days and 3 nights. We walked all over town and the snow was every where it was really cold. We got to stay on the 25 floor and it had a great view of the city.
    After we unloaded are stuff in the room we went out and waked around to find a restaurant we found a pizza place and they had pretty good pizza and gelato but there lemonade was nasty. The 2nd day there was a giant blizzard we were getting blown all over the place but we made are way to a breakfast place that had really good food. and we walked all the way to the chocolate museum and we bought some chocolates which were good. The 3rd day we went out got breakfast and then walked to the togobban sled which are these giant sled so when we got there we went up waited in line and got to go me and mom went together the first time and then me and Emory went the next time and it was going really fast they said it can go up to 70 kph which is really like 30 miles per hour and but it was still fast.
     Then we went on a hike with goats and a dog. We got to experience walking in snow shoes.  I lost my phone. my favorite thing was the hike and it was fun we got to eat moose and that was good. 
    I really loved Canada it was so fun!

It's getting hot in here (Lake Havasu City)

It's been awhile. We made it to Lake Havasu City, Arizona back in April and here is mid July and we are moving on. It seemd like a short time here, but then again when you do a 6 month contract, 13 weeks does seem super short. Here are my thoughts on Lake Havasu City.  Lake Havasu City is interesting. A man built City and island to attract tourists. A bridge bought from England for the purpose of being rebuilt to attract tourist and it worked. It's the second highest ranked tourist attraction in the state of Arizona. Each brick was numbered and outlined and crated to be rebuilt exactly true to its original form. The picture below is the outline of all the numbered bricks. It's beautiful here. It has amazing sunrises and sunsets. It's the true definition of a painted desert. Let's take a road trip to Alaska....1 month this week!

Most people hope to be able to travel and see the world once they retire. If there is anything life has taught me is: mine as well do it now, for we are never promised tomorrow. And by doing it now, I get to have the adventures with my husband and boys by my side. On our time. I'm not having to wait till they are grown and settled in their own lives to make plans and hope everyone can make it. We are all here now. Has it been easy? Not always. Just like life in bricks, RV life has its challenges. Things need to be fixed. And unless we fix it ourselves, we have to move out of our home until it is fixed. We are navigating life in a 43 ft amount of space. Travel days are long and make me nervous and ready to be there already. But, we get to see the United States and all it has to offer. Eli Blog- Maple Tree Farm

  Yesterday I went to the maple syrup farm. It had a sugar shack with  a  lot of maple syrup. And it had a lot snow on his farm. I learned how maple syrup was made. I learned all the types of maple syrup. And I learned the type of maple syrup depends on the season. I thought the maple syrup we tasted was pretty good I liked the fist one the most. The guys dogs was very nice and playful. I thought how he made the maple syrup was cool.
